  • Learning to listen to: others, our bodies, our thoughts, our feelings, and our environment

  • Exploring and identifying events and systems that led us away from ourselves. Then, let go. Letting go can look like: healing a relationship, walking away from an unhealthy dynamic, releasing bitterness that is holding us back

  • Finding a sense of belonging amongst our different selves and identities
